• Your name, email address, phone number and organization when you complete a form, subscribe or create a member portal account.
• What you write in a message, an intake questionnaire, a coaching form or a survey response.
• Order and billing details when you buy. Card details go directly to our payment provider, and we never receive the full card number.

Like most websites, we record the pages you visit, the page or campaign that sent you here, your browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. This is standard web analytics and is not linked to your name unless you have already given it to us.

Necessary cookies keep you signed in to the member portal and make checkout work. Analytics cookies tell us which pages and articles people actually read. We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site, and if that ever changes we will update this policy before switching them on.

Only the companies and professionals who help us operate: our website and email platform, our payment provider, our scheduling tool, our analytics provider, and our accountant or attorney where their work requires it. Each is required to protect the information and use it only for the service they provide to us.

We also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising.

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, then delete it or remove what identifies you. Records connected to a purchase are kept for seven years to satisfy tax and accounting rules. Coaching notes are kept for the duration of the engagement and for one year after it ends, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Email us and you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop sending marketing. We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the request within 30 days.

We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we may keep information the law requires us to retain.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including access controls and reputable platforms, though no system can be guaranteed. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has reached your account.
