In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean C3 Leadership, LLC. "You" means anyone who visits the site, subscribes, books a session or buys a product.

Using the site, subscribing to our emails, booking a session or completing a purchase means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. If you are accepting on behalf of an employer or a client, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us or to hold a member portal account.

Depending on what you choose, our services include one to one executive coaching, group and cohort programs, workshops and speaking, digital toolkits and downloadable materials, access to the member portal, published articles and an email newsletter.

Each page describes what a service includes. Those descriptions are a summary of scope and format. They are not a promise of a particular business or career outcome.

Member portal access is licensed to one named person. Keep your login details private and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has them. We may suspend or close an account that is shared, resold, or used to copy or redistribute our material.

Prices are shown in US dollars unless a page states otherwise, and applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider, so we receive confirmation of a payment but never see or store your full card number.

Payment is due in full at checkout unless we have agreed an invoice schedule in writing. We may change prices at any time, and a change never affects an order you have already paid for.

• Sessions are scheduled by agreement once your booking is confirmed and payment has cleared.
• You may reschedule a session at no cost with at least 24 hours notice.
• A session missed without notice, or cancelled inside 24 hours, counts as delivered.
• Coaching packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Corporate engagements run under a separate signed agreement. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, the signed agreement controls.

Refund terms depend on what you bought and are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The text, images, video, frameworks, worksheets, slide materials and written content on this site are owned by C3 Leadership, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

When you buy a digital toolkit you receive a licence to use and adapt it inside your own organization, including adding your branding, for as many of your own people as you need. You may not resell it, publish it, share it outside your organization, use it to deliver paid training to third parties, or use it to train an automated system that generates competing material, unless we agree in writing.

Anything you send us remains yours. By sending it you permit us to use it for the purpose of replying to you and delivering what you asked for. We quote a client publicly only with that client's written permission.

Please do not send us anything unlawful, anything that infringes someone else's rights, or confidential material you are not permitted to share.

Do not scrape or bulk download the site, interfere with how it runs, attempt to access areas you were not granted, or use the site to impersonate any person or organization.

Checkout, scheduling, email delivery and the member portal run on third party platforms, and your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement.

Leadership growth depends on the effort you put in and on the organization you work in. Nothing on this site, in a session or in our materials guarantees a promotion, a pay increase, a hire, a retention figure or any other business result. The Disclaimer sets this out in full.

The site and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue or lost opportunity.

Our total liability for any claim connected to the site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end your access if these terms are breached, and we will tell you why. The sections covering intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law continue to apply after access ends.

We may update these terms. The current version is always posted here with its effective date, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version. The version in force on the day you bought applies to that purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
