Min. in Leadership Development and M.A. in Morals & Ethics from St. Mary Graduate School in Cleveland, OH, and a B.A. in Public Administration from Michigan State University.  He is also certified as a Master Trainer in a 29-day leadership curriculum entitled Leadership in Context, including DISC Leadership Behavioral Profile and the Birkman Method for leadership understanding. Finally, inclusivity and dignity are foundational to his relationships with others.

CESAR MENDOZA

International Sales & Marketing Executive


César is a bi-lingual, international Sales & Marketing Executive with extensive and proven success in P&L, general management, strategic planning and business development.  Over a varied career, he has headed business units in Europe, Latin America and the US; and, with accountability for Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Procurement, and Operations.  He has a far-reaching network and a high degree of credibility particularly in Latin America.


In addition, César’s strengths, as a sales leader, have been finely tuned as he has hired, developed, and managed a large distributor network for the expansion of products with the hi-tech medical device industry.  He has developed market plans, and established and implemented international projects at government and private levels.   Finally, promoted through a series of increasingly responsible sales executive positions, César has secured significant and sustained revenue growth within both the Latin and European markets.
