Bill, a Registered Corporate Coach, holds a professional doctorate in Leadership Development (D.Min) and an M.A. in Morals & Ethics from St. Mary Graduate School in Cleveland, OH, and a B.A. in Public Administration from Michigan State University. He has over 8000 hours in training and delivery; and, at all levels of leadership. Finally, inclusivity, dignity, and psychological safety are foundational to all of his relationships with others.
César is a bi-lingual, international Sales & Marketing Executive with extensive and proven success in P&L, general management, strategic planning and business development. Over a varied career, he has headed business units in Europe, Latin America and the US; and, with accountability for Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Procurement, and Operations. He has a far-reaching network and a high degree of credibility particularly in Latin America.
In addition, Cesar’s strengths, as a sales leader, have been finely tuned as he has hired, developed, and managed a large distributor network for the expansion of products with the hi-tech medical device industry. He has developed market plans, and established and implemented international projects at government and private levels. Finally, promoted through a series of increasingly responsible sales executive positions, Cesar has secured significant and sustained revenue growth within both the Latin and European markets.

César holds a BS degree in Metallurgical and Material Sciences Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. He currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia and understands and values international travel as a function of his career.
